We dreamt

of a hotel which would make “one” with nature,

of a garden full of Mediterranean scents, old English and French roses,

of animals who would feel safe in their natural habitat; squirrels, tortoises, hares, lots of birds and butterflies

of tickling hens to “steal” their eggs!

of picking our organic vegetables from the garden

of olive trees which grow naturally and produce a marvellous natural oil
